High temperature hot air circulation sterilization tunnel
Equipment introduction
This machine is applicable to the drying and sterilization of vials, infusion bottles and various glass bottles. It adopts mesh belt conveying with adjustable speed. Bottles pass through the preheating, high-temperature and cooling sections in sequence to complete drying, sterilization and cooling.
The machine is equipped with stainless steel heating tubes and realizes sterilization by hot air circulation, featuring high thermal efficiency. The temperature is automatically controlled, displayed and recorded by a temperature controller. The cooling zone is fitted with a Class 100 vertical laminar flow cleaning device, fully complying with GMP requirements.
